Do you take clients that have messy books/financials?
Yes! Each client has an onboarding call with me to determine every step they need to take to get to our goal of Monthly Bookkeeping Service. This could include helping the client with bookkeeping software, linking accounts, cleaning up messy books, or even multiple months or even years of catch-up.
What software do you use for bookkeeping?
Currently, I use QuickBooks Online as the primary software for my clients. However, I also take clients who use Xero.
What do you charge for bookkeeping?
The charge is dependent on the client’s needs. Some clients have larger businesses than others, so the range is broad. I will be happy to give a free estimate to every business owner!
I am behind in my books for a few months. Can I still hire you?
Yes! During the onboarding process, we evaluate each business owners needs, including catch up bookkeeping.
I want to start bookkeeping with you but I don't know where to start.
This is ok! Each client will have one or more onboarding calls with me. I will help them every step of the way to get to our goal of Monthly Bookkeeping Service.
I don't have any bookkeeping software that I use right now.
During the onboarding process, I will help each client through all steps, including signing up for and setting up bookkeeping software.
I want to switch to you from another bookkeeper, is there a fee?
I would be happy to discuss this during the free estimate call. It depends on client to client.
Do I have to send you documents every month?
On a normal month, you should not have to send me any statements. As part of the onboarding process, the client will grant me “View Only” Access to their business accounts so I can pull statements myself.
